Oil Drilling Industry

Due to the harsh working conditions in oil Wells, many downhole tools are subjected to loads for a long time and used under corrosive and abrasive conditions, which leads to premature failure and damage, thereby shortening their service life. For example: oil plungers, journal of large rotors, sleeves, bearing shells, oil drill collars, wear-resistant plates, wear-resistant belts, etc. However, the prices of these components are often very high.

The equipment mainly used in the oil drilling and production industry includes the following types:

Drilling equipment:

Drilling platform: A platform used for drilling operations at sea or on land.

Drilling rig: Equipment used for drilling operations, including rotary drilling rigs and impact drilling rigs, etc.

Drill bit: A tool attached to the bottom of a drill pipe for drilling holes underground.

Blowout preventers: Including ring blowout preventers, gate blowout preventers, rotary blowout preventers, etc., used to prevent blowout accidents.

Liquid-gas separator: Used to separate free gas from drilling fluid to prevent well gushing and blowout accidents.

Mud vibrating screen: Used for screening particles larger than 75 microns in drilling fluid to ensure the cleanliness of drilling fluid.

Process equipment:

Separator: Used to separate different components such as crude oil and natural gas.

Heating furnace: Provides the required heat to help process crude oil.

Pipeline: Used for transporting products such as crude oil and natural gas.

Conveying equipment:

Oil pump: Used to extract crude oil from an oil well and transfer it to a processing facility.

Hydraulic pump: Conveys crude oil into the pipeline system by hydraulic pressure.

Sand washing unit: Used to remove impurities and sand particles from crude oil.

Oil production equipment:

Artificial lift system: Used to lift crude oil from the bottom of the well to the surface.

Fracturing equipment: Fracturing the oil-bearing layer to facilitate the flow of crude oil into the wellbore.

Sucker: Used to draw up the oil layer accumulated at the bottom of the well.
